Initial Naturopathic Consult
In an initial consult we take a deep dive into your key health concern/s, looking into factors which can contribute to the onset and maintenance of symptoms. We discuss health symptoms, daily health habits, stress and mood, sleep, family history and food.
From this information we create a wellbeing plan which addresses your key health concern/s and may include nutrition information, health habits, supplements and herbs.

Follow up Naturopathic Consult
Regular (45 min) or check in (30 min) appointment
In a follow up consult we discuss how you are progressing since your last visit. This includes any changes to your symptoms, and any challenges or successes you experiences with your previous wellness plan. We then create a new plan which reflects changes in your symptoms or needs.
I typically recommend a 45 minute consult for your first 3 follow up consults. If a 45 minute consult is outside of your budget, please select the 30 minute check in consult.

Extended test results consult
In this consult I will provide an in depth assessment of complex testing. Complex testing includes gut microbiome testing (GI mapping), extensive hormone testing (Dutch test), Organic Acid Testing and genetic testing.
You will receive a wellbeing plan and information reflecting the insights from your test results.
